Dear Owners

Now that covid regulations have been eased, we are able to have our AGM this year. This will be held on Thursday January 26th at 7 pm in the clubhouse. I hope as many of you as possible will be able to attend. If you are unable to attend, it would be helpful if you could nominate a person who is here as a proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting. Renters do not have the power to vote unless they have been given permission to vote on behalf of the property owner.

This year 2 of our committee members have expressed a wish to stand down, so if there are any nominations for new committee members could you please send them to me in the next week, so that we are able to organise elections if necessary.

My annual report for 2022 will be sent out before the meeting

I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and hope to see as many of you as possible at the AGM.
