Greetings Owners,

This is a message to all owners, concerning the maintenance of trees and large bushes on properties at Tropical Hill 2.   A recent survey by Committee members has established that at least 16 properties have trees or large bushes overgrowing into their neighbours’  properties or indeed threatening power and communication lines at the side of roads adjacent to properties.

The Code of Conduct (“rules”) distributed to all properties includes the responsibility of owners to maintain their gardens to ensure such overgrowth does not occur.  However, due to the seriousness of the current situation, the Committee has arranged to have this work done by THP contracted gardeners, payment for which will be from Committee funds.  I should point out that the THP budget for this year does not provide for this (albeit nominal) expense.

On behalf of the Committee, I request that owners make arrangements in future to ensure that their property surrounds are properly maintained, in accordance with the THP Code of Conduct for owners and tenants at THP.
