and Happy New Year to you.

This is just a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM)  is scheduled for 7pm, on Tuesday, January 16th in the Clubhouse.

An Agenda, Minutes of the last AGM,  the Annual Chairman’s report and Financial status report will be sent to you next weekend.  These will also be available at the meeting.

We look forward to seeing  as many of you as possible at the meeting, as it is a Legal Entity requirement that at least one third of owners (or their representatives) attend.
